UK Stand Delivery:

Free standard delivery on orders over £200,

£5 delivery fee for orders below £200. (2-4 working days)

UK Express Delivery: 

£8 (Next working day)

International Tracked Delivery: 

£25 (7-10 working days)

Australia and New Zealand Tracked Delivery:

£32 (7-10 working days)

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 3 working days, Monday to Friday. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

Delivery Times

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment.

Customs and import charges for international customers.

Taxes and duties may apply depending on the destination country of your order. When your shipment arrives at customs, you may be required to pay additional fees imposed by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price at checkout. If you decide not to pay the required taxes to release your shipment, Jelly Cubes may pass on any costs incurred when the parcel is returned to us.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office for specific information regarding the applicable taxes and duties for your area. Please be aware that we cannot refund any duties or taxes paid if you decide to return your item. 

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

No, we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Do you deliver to BFPO/APO addresses?

No, we are unable to deliver to BFPO and APO addresses.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to stop the shipment. In that case, you can return the item for a refund once it has been delivered.

What if the shipping address is entered wrong? 

If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been processed.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it, but we won't be able to issue a refund for the original shipment. Additional postage fees may be charged in these circumstances. It is important to ensure the accuracy of the address you provide to avoid any delivery issues. Thank you for your understanding!

EXCHANGES:

We are unable to offer an exchange service at this time. If you wish to try a different size, we kindly request that you return the item and place a new order. Please see our returns and refund policy.
